Service Advisor

Canada’s #1 Corvette Dealer is seeking experienced, results-oriented Service Advisors with exceptional customer service skills to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 5 years of experience in a service advisor role with a demonstrated record of success, working knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds, valid Ontario driver's license, clean driving record. You must manage the customer service experience from greeting through estimate approval, repairs and hand off to the client. Your goal is to assist the clients to actively maintain their vehicles according to the OEM requirements and personal driving habits.

Must have customer service experience. Reliable team player with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and professional appearance and demeanor required. Must be able to take direction, be resourceful, self-directed and adaptable.

BDC Manager

To verse in conjunction with Variable and Fixed Leadership Team, of Dealership’s leads through Data Target Marketing, coordinating Preferred Customer Leads, Telephone and Internet Inquiry, Sales Coordination, “E” Showroom Activity.
You will be leading by example in actual Customer Contact plus you will produce reports of lead activity, training Sales Advisors to be more competent at producing showroom traffic and work hands on with Sales Advisors to ensure daily work plans & procedures are completed.
