Wilson-Niblett Motors is committed to doing all we can to keep our customers and staff safe and healthy during the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic. We have greatly increased the availability of hand sanitizer all over our dealership, and re-focused our cleaning efforts to frequently disinfect often-touched surfaces like door handles, washroom taps, etc. in our store. We have made masks available as needed, and are now a "handshake-free zone" to protect against unwanted pathogen transmission. We continue to make this a top priority, and follow best practices from the Government of Canada and the Ontario Health Authority.

We will ensure that our dealership is a safe place for our customers! We understand that some of our customers need to take extra precautions with their health by avoiding high-traffic areas in public places. In accordance with the Provincial order our dealerships sales showroom is now closed. We will do everything we can to assist you from the comfort of your own home including building you deal online, virtual test drives/ walkarounds, over the phone payment presentation and financing, and contactless vehicle delivery. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact one of our knowledgable sales representatives to walk you through the process.

We also now offer a complimentary concierge for our Service Department. Our staff will pick-up and deliver your vehicle back to you so that you can wait for your vehicle being serviced from the comfort of your own home (again, with your vehicle well-sanitized between trips). If you prefer to bring your vehicle to our dealership yourself you may take advantage of our after hours key drop box for a completely contactless exchange. Just call and let our service staff know you have arrived.
